Today was a wonderful day for us in Astiostech. From now onward no patient will have a problem with making appointments via call center in Prince court. This idea came to my mind when I was not feeling well some time ago and called multiple hospital hotlines and no one answered after waiting in a long queue. Thanks to our great team in Astiostech we have implemented a system that if a patient calls the hospital and can't talk to the agents for any reason and make an appointment the hospital call center agents will call them back.
In this system all call center agents have access to a panel that they can view abandoned calls, they can take ownership and call the customers. Taking ownership is to avoid agents to call the same customer
Also, they are able to save the result of the call after each call.
and supervisors are able to view comprehensive reports on call results and agent activities.
