Hosted Bussiness Continuity Plan for callcenters using Opensource solutions in Malaysia

Working in CallCenters is one of the high-risk jobs now due to the CORONA virus. I'm very glad that yesterday we helped one of the biggest Insurance CallCenter in Malaysia to send their Agents home and answer their customer calls from home. Thanks to our wonderful tech team who worked hard to implement our Cloud BCP Solution in one week using all opensource components.
