In the previous lesson, we have learned how to create a campaign, Login to the Agents Panel, and do a manual Call. There is another method of manual call that we call Preview Dialing.
In Preview Dialing We can load the customers that WE want to call and Agents can Call Them with one click instead of entering the customer Number manually. In VICIidal We named customers as Leads and a bunch of Leads needs to be loaded in a List.
In this video, First I will show what preview dialing is, and then we will learn how to load leads in VICIDial.
