It's really rich in the options for inbound call centers and you can find multiple inbound reports, IVR surveys after the call, or advanced options on how to send calls to the Agents. In this video, I will teach you how to set up an inbound call center in VICIdial . I will first demonstrate how an inbound call center works and then I proceed to configure an inbound campaign, create user groups, Setup Direct Inward Dial or DID, and Also ingroups. I'm personally using VICIdial for inbound call centers in production and It always amazed me with how many options we have and how it can fulfill the customer's requirements.
