Cluster or MultiServer VICIdial installation gives you the flexibility to expand your call center as you wish. You won't be restricted to one physical hardware as in cluster mode different servers will have different roles. Although based on my experience a single box of VICIdial can easily cater to 40 to 50 Agents it's recommended to install VICIdial in cluster mode for any call center with more than 25 to 30 agents. Hi omid can we dial a number of usa manually without voip , do we have to have voip for manually dial ?
