Recently I noticed that my VICIdial is not detecting "Not in Service Numbers".
The sip trace to the provider shows that I'm getting "503 Service Unavailable" but in VICIdial it marks as ANSWERED.
That's because VICIdial does not Log the calls with a "CONGESTION" response with the default configuration. In order to enable that we need to activate "Enhanced Disconnection Logging" in system settings.
And now VICIdial marks Not in Service Calls as "ADCT" or "Disconnected Number Temporary"
