In order to set behaviors of the calls, we need to create a campaign.
Log in with the user you have created in step 1:
Set a campaign ID, Name and description and set User Group. Use the User group we have created in step 2:
Set Local Time to 24 hours or limit it if you don't want agents to be able to log in at specific time.
After Creating the Campaign Go to User Group setting you have created in step 2
( Select User Groups - Show users Groups )
And Select the User group and Give access to the users in this group to the new campaign you have created here.
